Polish women again at the start of the Tour de Pologne Women!

The Tour de Pologne Wome, which this year will be held as a UCI ProSeries event, will once again be an opportunity for Polish riders to test themselves against cyclists from the World Tour. The start list for the competition again includes the Polish national team and the only Polish continental team – MAT ATOM Deweloper Wrocław.

On July 24-26, the 4th Tour de Pologne Women will take place – one of the key races for the women’s elite in this part of Europe. For several years, the competition organized by Lang Team has been building its brand, and this year it has been entered into the Union Cycliste Internationale calendar as a UCI ProSeries rank event, which will further increase the prestige of the event.

A higher category is a guarantee of a strong start list and UCI WorldTeams at the start. For Polish riders, the Tour de Pologne Women will therefore be a great opportunity to compete against cyclists from the world’s top teams. All this thanks to invitations for the Polish national team and the only continental team, MAT ATOM Deweloper Wrocław.

Both teams competed in the Tour de Pologne Women in previous years, presenting themselves from a very good and active side. A year ago, Kaja Rysz and Malwina Mul were in the top ten of the ORLEN general classification – the first of them rode in the national colors, while the second represented the MAT ATOM Deweloper Wrocław team.

Starting in an event like the Tour de Pologne Women can be particularly important for young riders who, thanks to the diverse start list, can present their skills against World Tour riders. The aforementioned Malwina Mul, after a successful season, signed a two-year contract with the French Cofidis, racing in the second division.

This year’s edition of the Tour de Pologne Women will again be held in the Lubelskie Voivodeship. Thanks to the cooperation with Telewizja Polska (TVP), Eurosport, and the HBO Max streaming platform, coverage of the Tour de Pologne Women will once again reach audiences in 65 countries worldwide.
