A little over two weeks remain until the start of the 3rd Tour de Pologne Women, in which teams and riders from all over the world will take part. The hotel base of the 3-stage race will once again be Arche Nałęczów dawne Sanatorium Milicyjne, and the Arche Group is once again a partner of the 3rd Tour de Pologne Women.
Organizing a cycling race is a complex undertaking in which proper hotel facilities play an important role. By choosing proven and trusted partners, the Lang Team has extended its cooperation with the Arche Group. The hotel base of the 3-day race will be the revitalized hotel Arche Nałęczów dawne Sanatorium Milicyjne, from which the final stage of the 3rd Tour de Pologne Women will start and finish in Kraśnik. It will be the accommodation place for the riders, organizers, and people working on the race, but also a space to rest and prepare for each of the three stages.
“The building where Arche Nałęczów is located today was, just a year ago, only a silent witness of unfulfilled plans. Overgrown with wild greenery, a concrete skeleton stood on the Nałęczów hill—as if forgotten by time. The building, constructed with ambition in the 1980s as a Sanatorium Milicyjne, never saw its opening. It never fulfilled its purpose—for years, it remained empty and forgotten. Everything changed in 2024. After years of silence and intensive revitalization, it was then that the building opened its doors for the first time as Arche Nałęczów. And it couldn’t have dreamed of a better debut: it became the main base of the Tour de Pologne Women, hosting riders from all over the world, their teams, and event organizers. It pulsed with life, emotions, and energy—exactly as it was meant to from the beginning,” says Dorota Wereszczyńska, Deputy Director of the Relations Department at Arche Group.
“Today, Arche Nałęczów is one of the largest hotels in the region—with over 300 comfortable rooms, a wellness and spa area, restaurants with local accents, a terrace with a view of Nałęczów’s greenery, and a spacious lobby that naturally becomes the meeting center. A modern conference center was also created with business guests in mind, and wide corridors and courtyards allow one to breathe even in the middle of the day. The facility combines the spirit of PRL architecture with a modern, hospitable approach to comfort. This is not an ordinary hotel. This is a place with a past—and a new life. Here, sport meets the calm of the health resort. Here, riders find peace between stages. Here, concrete architecture becomes the backdrop for emotions and meetings that stay in memory,” she adds.

The Arche Group, through revitalizing neglected and forgotten buildings, knows how to breathe new life into them. The company’s mission is not only to build hotels and properties—the Arche Group constantly engages in social and charitable projects, giving its operations a dimension that goes far beyond the real estate sector.
“For years, the Arche Group has been building something much greater than just hotels or properties. We focus on authenticity, which is why each facility in our collection has its own unique story—whether it’s the Castle in Janów Podlaski, the former Sugar Factory in Żnin, or the Palace in Łochów. Currently, we have 21 hotels, including 9 revitalized historic buildings. That number continues to grow. We revitalize not only old, often forgotten buildings but also, in a sense, people. Thanks to the Lena Grochowska Foundation, created and operating within the structure of the Group, people with disabilities are employed, and we actively support refugees and people experiencing homelessness. In ARCHE Hotels, there are employees who, for many years, were excluded from the job market. We offer them not only employment but also dignity and a sense of belonging. ARCHE also employs prisoners. As part of the ‘Tolerance’ project, inmates in prisons in Siedlce, Łowicz, and Warsaw’s Służewiec create furniture in the Revitalization Workshop, which later goes to our hotels. Some of them continue working with Arche after serving their sentences. This synergy between business and social help is what makes our work unique. Our motto is ‘We connect opposites, We trust everyone, We change ourselves,” comments Dorota Wereszczyńska.
Lang Team has cooperated with the Arche Group for many years. They are united by shared values, trust, and a mutual perspective on sports events that bring more than just great emotions.
“Thanks to our cooperation with Lang Team, we have the opportunity not only to support prestigious events like the Tour de Pologne but also to actively participate in the life of the regions where these events take place. Like Nałęczów, where one of the Arche hotels is located. We are happy to build valuable experiences together for both participants and the region. It’s a great honor for us and, at the same time, confirmation that what we do—also on the social level—is noticed and appreciated. Lang Team is a brand associated with professionalism, vast experience, and a passion for activity. The opportunity to work with such a partner is not only a privilege but also a chance to create events together that offer more than just sports competition. Lang Team is the patron of our charitable event, the Triathlon and Paratriathlon of the Bug Region, which has been held for eight years in August in and around the Castle in Janów Podlaski. This cooperation also shows that sport can be a tool for integration with people with disabilities.” said Dorota Wereszczyńska.
“During the organization of the Tour de Pologne Women, our key partners are Arche Nałęczów dawne Sanatorium Milicyjne and Arche Hotels. This will be the entire race base—from here we will travel to Zamość and Chełm, and the third stage will also start here and finish in Kraśnik. In the hotel, Arche Nałęczów dawne Sanatorium Milicyjne, the entire accreditation process for the race will also take place. Huge thanks to these partners, because of this cooperation, we can prepare the entire race perfectly,” says Czesław Lang, General Director of the Tour de Pologne Women.

The 3rd Tour de Pologne Women will take place from August 12–14 on the roads of the Lublin Voivodeship. The first stage will start and end in Zamość, the second in Chełm, and the final section will start from Arche Nałęczów dawne Sanatorium Milicyjne, from where the riders will head toward Kraśnik—the finish line of the three-day competition. Riders from all over the world will line up at the start, including 7 UCI Women’s WorldTour teams—the highest division in women’s cycling. The race will be broadcast on TVP, Eurosport, and the MAX streaming platform, reaching fans in 65 countries.
