This exceptional distinction is granted to individuals who have made a significant contribution to the development of cycling in Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is also an important signal for the entire sports community, highlighting the growing role of women in the management and shaping of international cycling events.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This special distinction is awarded for many years of dedication to the discipline, building its structures, fostering its development, as well as involvement in federations and the organization of the most important cycling events.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The recognition for Agata Lang-Lelangue, presented during the most recent UEC Congress in Avignon, is not only a personal acknowledgment of her work but also an important message for the wider sports community.
